Abigail and the Tropical Island Adventure” is a learning experience for kids. Each one of these stories tells about different culcutes and ideals. You learn about the islands and the pepole in an easy for kids to understand way. This is a book to be read to kids as it will cause questions to arise and some words are more advanced. I am not sure about the island girl not wearing a top of some sort. I understand it shows how other lands wear their clothes but some parents more not like that. I love how Abigail is a smart resourseful little girl. I do wish it didn’t make her out to be a liar to the adults. Kids have imaginations and I feel parents should nurture creativity. The book it beautifully illustrated with bright detailed colors.
