These stories are about a group of young adults who are trying to find out who and what they are. The have the ability to freeze time and walk around and look at everything that is going on. They can’t change anything but they can see everything and even touch one of the people in there and read their thoughts and memories. Mira  is 18 years old and has only one goal in life: to find and kill the Russion mobsters who killed her parents. She is a hard ass and kind of a danger slut. Darren is 21 and he has accomplished a lot in his years. He graduates from Harvard at 18 years old. Now he makes a lot of money at a hedge fund. Then there is Mira’s brother Eugene, who is a well thought out supporting character. He follows in his dad’s footsteps in the world of science to figure out what they are and how they do it.

These books are a good read. They are a little repetitive and redundant at times but the characters are all different and have a well developed past that has made them the people they are. The stories are explicit and vulgar at times also but that doesn’t bother me at all. This series just kept getting better and better! It was a bit hard to get past the beginning but once I did it was worth it. I enjoyed the 2nd book the most and can’t wait to read the others in the series.

I thought this was not going to be a book I enjoy. I love trying out new books and genres but found mystery books a bit boring. The storyline in this book was so well thought out and researched. The characters each have their own full lines of detailed characterization. Life so closely resembles the lies, deceit, greed and humanity of the story and characters in this well written story. Dr. Yoav Walberg, is a hard-working smart and successful man who gets attacked due to jealously. His best friends want the easy way and his life gets turned upside down and plunged into a world of revenge. Can you be a successful person and fight for what is yours without losing your soul?

Cyn becomes a deadly ninja, Lee uses guns and brute force. Then there is the FBI who keep getting in the way. This book is dark fast paced and witty.  I loved it.

I LOVE FANTASY SUPERNATURAL TYPE BOOKS. THIS ONE IS SORT OF SCIFY MEETS FANTASY. It starts…

There was a naked woman on the floor of Blaise’s study.

That certainly grabs your attention and makes you wonder what type of book is this. Intrigued I keep reading.

Blaise is [practicing sorcery. When he accidentally created Gala, a woman born from the Spell Realm. She has powers that are new and unknown.

Now I want to say that I have truly enjoyed Dima Zales books in the past this one kind of slow and not very developed. It was like Weird Science meets the magically determination. There wasn’t enough time in the book to fully relate or love the characters. Now it does have the potential to be great. The worlds are inventive and the ideas are there.  I enjoyed it enough that I would continue to read more of it as a series and Dima Zales still does write good books.

It’s a great read about the intrigue and mystery surrounding the Hazleton House. A group of 20ers have to work together while one of them struggles with the effects of her Asperger’s. Even though at times it was hard to relate I know what its like to have people try to hold you back and protect you at the same time because of an decease or illness. It’s not my usual type of book but still a good read.

God’s Eye is a story of romance, mystery and my fave genre  fantasy. I loved the story as soon as I started reading it. The main character is well developed and the storyline is well thought out.  Katherine Geryon has lived a silver spoon life. Growing up in a wealthy family with an emotionally absent father and a vain mother. When unexplained phenomenon begin happening in her home, she finally wakes up to the real world. When 2 men capture her attention she has to choose and that choice may cost her.
