I have never been one to spend time in the kitchen baking. I just don’t eat baked goods that often and for a girl who isn’t a huge cake eater I never got the baking bug. Lately I have been trying to find ways to make healthier options for snacking and when I go this mat to try I thought why not bake something. I made a strawberry slab pie. No its not “healthy” BUT its also much better for you than others, (recipe to follow soon)

This mat has a flexible woven fiber glass coated with silicone for durability and ease of use. I have used this pastry mat to roll out a pie crust. It’s  nice having the measurements on the mat I am not a pro here. The mat has a natural grip on it so it will stay secure on the counter. No sliding around.
