Today’s Say So is for Pink Tears Childrens ebook… $3 ON AMAZON
I enjoy the authors stories for kids and this one is a good story too. Lolly is relatable to little ones and one day her feelings get hurt because no one wanted to play with her. It shows what happens on the inside with outside visuals of Lolly.
It teaches kids that you need to get back out there and try again. Kids can bottle things up and are afraid to talk about their feelings and this shows its ok the be sad and share how you feel.
However we weren’t sure what the reasons were. Why didn’t they play with her? Was it the other kids or was it Lolly? When she finally goes outside there isn’t much explanation to what is different and why she is excepted. I think kids should know a little more detail. They can handle it. I kinda had to make it up myself. Yet still a very great idea and story.
