Beginner and intermediate guitar lessons

… $8 a month for beginners and $9 for intermediate. FROM AMAZON

My son has been wanting to play guitar for years. 2 years ago he started getting lessons for the bass guitar and he liked it. For his bday he got an electric guitar and started taking lessons for that. We had to drive to his lessons once a week and the instructor was amazing and talented and patient with him. After about a year he still loved playing but he wouldn’t practice at home that much because we live in an electronic world and he needed something more than one on one personal instruction. So he stopped going slowly week after week. When I got this program to try I thought maybe this would work for him. The lessons and so detailed and straightforward. It really starts with the basics and works your way up. We haven’t gotten through the beginner stage yet but are looking forward to moving up to intermediate soon. If we could incorporate this with his teacher it would be the perfect well-rounded learning tool. Whether it’s just a hobby for fun or something you want to do for starting your own rock and roll band. You will learn the fundamentals. Go on and give it a try!!

The content on this website has been put together to address deficiencies found in other training regimens and materials. Many guitar players start learning guitar with a book or DVD or some free videos on YouTube. Invariably after the first few lessons they get lost.

The problem?

Gaps… huge gaps.

Much of the guitar instruction available today can contain great information, but often lacks organization and structure. It lacks simplicity of instruction that makes sense. The aim at Levels For Guitar is to carry the guitar player through a continual series of guitar lessons in a linear and balanced approach.

We combine technique, knowledge of the instrument, understanding how music works, and developing a comprehensive practice routine by way of incremental guitar lessons.
