Today’s Say So is for Omega-3 Supreme 1400 mg Fish Oil Concentrate

BY Life & Food…$29.99 for 90 ct FROM AMAZON

While I have been on my RA journey I have come across a few different supplements that claim to help with symptoms and inflammation. One of the supplements that goes above and beyond is Omega 3. Omegas have many health benefits including helping that RA brain fog. I haven’t liked fish oil caps for a while now because they usually have a bad breath effect. What makes these Omega-3 Supreme Advantage better than others is no fish burps, or after taste And easy to swallow! They also don’t contain many allergens that others have such as GMO’s, gluten, egg, additives, fillers, binders, artificial ingredients, soy, milk, peanut, shellfish, Stearates, Sulfates, Dioxides or Laurates. Bonus!! I will definitely keep trying these for a while.

These are made of soft gelatin which makes them easy to swallow and the Enteric coating makes for max absorption and no fish burps! They are not big pills either! Look at my comparison picture below.

The Life & Food Omega 3 Supreme Benefit
Enteric coated with no fish burps, or after taste, our Supreme grade Omega-3 Fish Oil supplement promotes cardiovascular health, joint support, cognitive support, circulation and helps in maintaining cholesterol levels†.
Studies have shown that diets high in Omega-3 fatty acids – EPA and DHA — may lower a person’s health risks. By eating a diet rich in fatty acid containing fish – cold-water swimmers such as pollock, sardines and salmon, can lower your cholesterol and blood pressure. Some studies show there is a proven link that EPA and DHA reduces inflammation from arthritis conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis. Non-meat sources of Omega-3 include olive oil, walnuts and flaxseed.
